Bandit Transfers Returns Policy
Custom Orders & Artwork Approval
Most products sold through the Bandit Transfers store are custom produced using artwork submitted or approved by the customer.
Once artwork has been approved and the order has entered production, all custom orders are final. Because these products are made specifically for each order, returns, refunds or exchanges cannot be accepted after artwork approval.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork before approving production. This includes verifying spelling, placement, colors, sizing and garment selection.
When uploading artwork through the design tool, the system may display warnings if the resolution or quality of the artwork is not suitable for printing. These warnings help customers avoid poor print results.
By approving artwork and completing checkout, the customer confirms the artwork is correct and suitable for production.
Bandit Transfers is not responsible for print quality issues caused by low resolution artwork, poor file quality, incorrect sizing or artwork approved by the customer.
Online Designer Tool & Artwork Placement Policy
Bandit Transfers uses the DecoNetwork online designer tool to allow customers to upload artwork and preview their designs before placing an order.
The designer preview is provided as a visual reference only. Customers are responsible for reviewing the final design layout carefully before completing checkout.
This includes verifying artwork placement, design size, spacing, alignment and product selection.
The preview shown in the designer tool represents an approximate digital mockup. Minor variations in placement, scale or alignment may occur during production due to garment size differences, print areas and manufacturing tolerances.
By submitting an order through the designer tool, the customer confirms that the design layout and artwork positioning are correct.
Bandit Transfers is not responsible for layout or placement errors approved by the customer during the ordering process.
Artwork File Requirements
To ensure the best possible print results, artwork files should meet the following guidelines.
Minimum 300 DPI resolution at final print size
Transparent background when applicable
Preferred file types include PNG, PSD, AI, PDF or vector formats
Low resolution artwork may produce blurry or pixelated prints. The DecoNetwork designer tool may display warnings if artwork quality is insufficient.
Bandit Transfers does not edit or redesign artwork unless design services are requested.
If artwork requires cleanup, vectorization or redesign, design services starting at $250 may be recommended before production.
Print Variance & Application Responsibility
Bandit Transfers produces commercial grade DTF transfers designed to perform reliably when applied using proper heat press equipment and recommended application settings.
Minor variations in color, placement or size may occur due to differences in garments, fabrics and display screens. These variations are normal within the custom apparel industry and are not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for proper application of transfers using correct heat press temperature, pressure and pressing time.
Bandit Transfers cannot guarantee results when transfers are applied using household irons or improper equipment.
Improper application may result in poor adhesion, cracking, peeling or garment damage.
Customers are strongly encouraged to test transfers on a sample garment before beginning full production runs.
Bandit Transfers is not responsible for damage to garments, materials or finished products caused during the application process.
Production & Turnaround Time
Production begins after payment is received and artwork approval is complete.
Production time may vary depending on order size, artwork complexity, production volume and seasonal demand.
Production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once orders have shipped.
Bandit Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions or circumstances outside our control.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for verifying all order details before checkout.
This includes confirming artwork, product selection, garment sizes, quantities and shipping address.
Bandit Transfers is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during checkout or artwork approval.
Return Policy
Because most products are custom produced, returns are generally not accepted once production begins.
Returns may only be accepted for non custom items under the following conditions.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused and in new condition
Items must be returned in original packaging

Items returned after 30 days
Items showing wear or damage
Return Authorization
If a return is approved customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number before sending any items back.

Please include order number, date of purchase, items being returned and reason for return.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
Returns received without an RMA may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non refundable and Bandit Transfers does not reimburse return shipping expenses.
Color Matching Disclaimer
While we strive for accurate color reproduction, colors displayed on screens may differ from printed results due to differences in monitors, garments, inks and printing processes.
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
Minor color variations are considered normal within the custom apparel industry and are not considered defects.
Copyright & Trademark Policy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any artwork uploaded to the store does not violate copyright, trademark or intellectual property laws.
By submitting artwork the customer confirms they have the legal right to reproduce the design.
Bandit Transfers reserves the right to refuse any order containing copyrighted, trademarked, offensive or illegal content.
Customers assume all liability for copyright or trademark violations related to submitted artwork.
Chargeback & Fraud Protection
Customers agree to contact Bandit Transfers first to resolve any order issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks for completed custom orders may be disputed and may include submission of artwork approvals, order confirmations and production records as evidence.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and refusal of future orders.
